On Tuesday afternoon, the estate made a 3000-piece NFT collection that employs algorithms to revive the late icon’s characteristic looks available, first to a list of followers who have shown their dedication and subsequently to the broader public. The Notorious NFT is committed to the idea that keeping an artist alive is more about keeping them in your digital wallet than it is about carrying them in your heart. 3000 NFTs Sold Out on OneOf At marketplace OneOf, 3000 NFTs created in honor of the late rapper Christopher Wallace were gone in just ten minutes. Members of the “Sky’s the Limit Collective” are given access to the NFT profile image collection known as “Sky’s the Limit.” Eighty percent of the voting power on who gets to remix or sample Biggie’s famous “Fulton Street Freestyle” belongs to members. All licensing, streaming, and sales streaming income generated by the usage of Fulton Street Freestyle will be donated back to the collective for use in further initiatives, such as non-fungible token creation and music production.
