A person suspected of being Do Kwon, co-founder and former CEO of Terraform Labs, the company behind collapsed Luna cryptocurrency ( LUNA-USD ) and sister token TerraUSD ( UST-USD ), has been arrested by police in Montenegro, according to a Twitter post by Filip Adzic, the country's minister of interior. "Montenegrin police have detained a person suspected of being one of the most wanted fugitives, South Korean citizen Do Kwon, co-founder and CEO of Singapore-based Terraform Labs," wrote. The crypto fugitive, who has been accused of conducting a multibillion-dollar crypto asset securities fraud that led to losses of at least $40B in market value, "has been apprehended at the Podgorica airport with forged documents. The same person is being sought by South Korea, the United States and Singapore," Adzic added . The Korean National Police Agency had confirmed the suspect seemed to be Kwon after checking his nationality, name and age with his identification card, it said, as reported by Yonhap News. Earlier this month, police in Singapore were said to have launched a probe into Terraform Labs .
