GoDaddy was charged with violating a domain name registration agreement in the complaint. True Names’ action claims that GoDaddy incorrectly declared the plaintiff’s domain registration for eth. link to be expired and sold to a third party. In this case, the court approved True Names’ request for a temporary restraining order. The eth.link domain must be returned to True Names under the court’s ruling.
